Nan’s Nuggets: Tips for Health and Well Being

Crawling under the ping pong table for a tea party with a 4 year old  (make that “4 1/2”) was not easy for a 74 year old.  In fact even climbing the stairs to get to the table was painful.  Still we long to do these things and doing them can be so much fun!  How can we prolong and even improve our ability to play as well as do the necessary things to keep going in life?  Here are some things to help no matter what our age or physical condition:

1.  Fresh air and exercise

2.  A good night’s rest

3.  Plenty of water

4.  Healthy food

Each of these are important for health and well being.  Let’s talk more about each of these later.
